Prep Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 1 hour Yields: 8 servings Ingredients – 2 pomegranates (seeds only) – 1 10oz bag of high quality organic dark chocolate Instructions
  1. Melt chocolate on stove.
  2. Mix in pomegranate seeds until fully covered in chocolate.
  3. Spoon out in droppings onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
*Notes from Jan If you have never eaten a pomegranate before, this will be an experience! I think pomegranates are quite possibly the most beautiful fruit on the earth. Before you start – take a deep breath. This will require patience. Also, please wear an apron or DO NOT wear any clothing that you will be upset if you get a stain on…pomegranate is a beautiful color, but can stain clothing and fingers. POM Wonderful has great “How To” information for selecting, opening, storing your pomegranate and MORE. You will notice that the inside of the pomegranate is segmented – almost like an orange! Admire nature’s intricate beauty – this is a very important step.
