The BodyMind Classes taught through Moving Bodies, Changing Minds are proven effective at challenging the body, while also engaging the mind and connecting the spirit. Special attention is given to inspiring each participant toward their specific goals, while also attending to the form and technique of each individual. A room of like-minded individuals gathering together and sharing in a common interest, along with an instructor with the goal of leaving each participant feeling successful at the end of class is an all around rewarding experience! These classes will leave your body feeling long and lean and your mind and spirit feeling light and free!

BodyMind Class Schedule

Sundays 9-10:30am – BodyMind Barre Wednesdays 6-7:30pm – BodyMind Barre *Class sizes are limited and schedule is subject to change. Please RSVP to reserve your space! Whether you live too far or do not have a sitter for your young ones – get your computer and clear out your living room to work out as if you were right in the studio with us! Also request different class days/times that work in your schedule! BodyMind Barre. A unique, new-concept class created by Jan Michelle, former dancer/gymnast, that takes a Ballet Barre to center floor. The movements are inspired by ballet and will provide a disciplined workout, but will not focus on choreography. Designed for a woman’s body (but also challenging to those men brave enough to join in!), this class emphasizes alignment, posture, technique and form. BodyMind Barre challenges muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity in a gentle, encouraging way. The result will be a long, lean, strong and integrated body with great endurance, flexibility and balance. Class is 90 minutes to accomodate a luxurious stretch.
