Our foundational principles stem from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s curriculum, and you can learn more about the training at IIN. However, after working with numerous clients and bearing witness to our society’s current dire needs, Moving Bodies, Changing Minds chooses to focus on Digestive Wellness and providing holistic support for everything from IBS to IBD. We believe EVERYTHING starts and ends with digestion, so improving digestion is a large part of most programs.
